EAP Services. The SFMTA and the Unions have concluded that it is in the best interests of all concerned to establish a uniform EAP Program for all employees. On this basis, the parties agree that the SFMTA shall engage an outside contractor to provide these services.

EAP Services. EA ASSOCIATES will provide EAP services to eligible employees of CITY and eligible family members of employees hereinafter collectively referred to as “Employees” under the EAP on an appointment basis. The EAP services to be provided by EA ASSOCIATES are set forth in Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. The EAP does not provide psychiatric services, detoxification, long-term psychotherapy, specialized mental health treatment for autism, dyslexia or mental retardation, child psychology and inpatient, semi-residential or halfway house services for addiction or mental health problems.
EAP Services. During the three months after the Date of Termination, Executive may continue to access the Company's EAP services at no charge.
