Each Building. Unit Council shall develop, when necessary, procedures for supervising students when, due to inclement weather and/or other emergencies, they are admitted into the building prior to the time employees are required to be at their respective place of assignment. The procedures shall include, but not be limited to, the following guidelines: a. A minimum number of employees shall be required to supervise students at any given time. b. Students will be admitted into the building prior to the regular time only when inclement weather and/or other emergency conditions exist. c. The supervision shall take place within the limits set forth in Article 12, Section K., of this Agreement.
