STUDENT ACCESS. 1. Students shall be admitted into the building at a time set by the building administrator. No employee shall have a direct responsibility for students in the building prior to the employee's assigned time responsibility. Each employee may permit students in his/her room prior to his/her assigned time responsibility and will be directly responsible for the students and the contents of such room. If an employee wishes, he/she may secure his/her room when it is not in use. The room may be opened at night and, if so, shall be resecured by the custodial staff before the students arrive in the morning.

STUDENT ACCESS. Students should normally visit the Computer Office before school, during recess, lunch time or after school (until 4.00pm). At all other times a note from their teacher (which will only be issued in extreme circumstances) is required. If the technician is unavailable, students should return to class.

ACCESS TO MSU AND CC FACILITIES LCC students who are admitted to the MSU RN-BSN program and who are enrolled at MSU will be granted those privileges and accesses provided to all enrolled MSU students including, but not limited to, housing, commuter parking, libraries, student organizations, athletic facilities and tickets, etc. Students will be eligible for LCC student privileges when enrolled at LCC. Students will be expected to abide by the rules and regulations of both institutions. Students will be required, as a condition of admission to the Program, to agree that their educational records as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations may be disclosed by MSU and LCC to each other.
STUDENT ACCESS. 12.1 4CD and the COLLEGE certify that the execution of this Agreement will not reduce access to courses offered at the COLLEGE, that courses included in this Agreement are not oversubscribed, and that students participating in this Agreement will not result in enrollment displacement of otherwise eligible adults at the COLLEGE. The following guidelines apply to all students accessing resources through the DECV‟s online network and / or using DECV provided resources. • Network storage areas where provided will be treated like school lockers. • Network administrators may access and review files and communications to maintain system integrity and insure that users are using the system responsibly. • Users should not expect that files stored on the DECV‟s computer servers will always be private. Quite specifically, the following actions are not permitted: • Sending or displaying offensive messages or pictures. • Using obscene language. • Xxxxxxxxx, insulting or attacking others. • Damaging computers, computer systems or computer networks (for example, by the creation, introduction or spreading of computer viruses, physically abusing hardware, altering source codes or software settings, etc.) • Violating copyright laws. The legal rights of software producers and network providers, and copyright and license agreements, must be honoured (for example, downloading copyrighted games could result in legal proceedings, resulting in a fine.) • Using other users‟ passwords. • Trespassing in other‟s folders, work or files. • Employing the network or DECV equipment for commercial purposes or activities by for-profit institutions or organisations, product advertisement or political lobbying is prohibited. • Using the network to disrupt its use by other individuals or by connecting networks. • Disrespect of others‟ privacy and intellectual property.
