E mployee Participation. Employees desiring to participate in other optional insurance programs currently authorized by the County may do so at their expense (pursuant to subsection (A) of this section) on payroll withholding. Employees on unpaid leave status must make their own arrangement with the Payroll Department to continue insurance benefits at their own expense subject to the Agreement terms and conditions between the County and the insurance carriers.
