Common use of E-AUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 above and invite the Supplier to a further competition using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competition.

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 3.1 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 2 above and invite the Supplier to a further competition Further Competition Procedure using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body and in accordance with the Regulations Regulations, prior to the commencement of any such further competitionFurther Competition Procedure.

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 above 3above and invite the Supplier to a further competition using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competition.

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 The Contracting Body Authority shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 above and invite the Supplier to a further competition using Further Competition Procedure including a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with Authority and the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competitionRegulations.

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 4.24 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 FURTHER COMPETITION PROCEDURE above and invite the Supplier to a further competition using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competition.

E-AUCTIONS. 4.1 S4-5.1 The Contracting Body shall be entitled to formulate its Statement of Requirements in accordance with paragraph 3 above Services Requirement and invite the Supplier to a further competition using a reverse auction in accordance with the rules laid down by the Contracting Body in accordance with the Regulations prior to the commencement of any such further competition.
