Common use of Duty to Disclose Change of Control Clause in Contracts

Duty to Disclose Change of Control. In the event that the Supplier undergoes a change in control the Supplier shall immediately disclose such change in control to the Board and shall comply with any terms and conditions subsequently prescribed by the Board resulting from the disclosure.
