Duties of the Registrar. The Registrar shall hold in safe keeping of all unauthenticated Global Certificates and Individual Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 (Availability of Individual Certificates) and shall ensure that they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of the Global Certificate (if applicable) and of the Conditions.
