Duties of the Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator shall keep on file a copy of the Plan and the Trust Agreement(s), including any subsequent amendments, and all annual reports of the Trustee(s), and such annual reports or registration statements as may be required by the laws of the United States, or other jurisdiction, for examination by Members in the Plan during reasonable business hours. Upon request by any Member, the Plan Administrator shall furnish him with a statement of his interest in the Plan as determined by the Plan Administrator as of the close of the preceding Plan Year.
