DUTIES OF THE AGENT IN CONNECTION WITH EARLY REDEMPTION. (1) If the relevant Issuer decides to redeem any Notes for the time being outstanding prior to their Maturity Date in accordance with the Conditions, the relevant Issuer shall give notice of such decision to the Agent not less than five days before the date of the notice required to be given to the holders of the Notes under the Conditions or such shorter period that is acceptable to the Agent.

(1) 10.1 If the relevant Issuer decides to redeem any Notes for the time being outstanding prior to their Maturity Date or the Interest Payment Date falling in the Redemption Month (as the case may be) in accordance with the Conditions, the relevant Issuer shall give notice of such decision to the Agent stating the date on which such Notes are to be redeemed and the nominal amount of Notes to be redeemed not less than five 15 days before the latest relevant date for the publication of the notice of redemption required to be given to the holders of the Notes under the Conditions or such shorter period that is acceptable to the AgentNoteholders.
