During the term of employment hereunder, Employee shall initially perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Employer, or such other duties as assigned by and at the location determined by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall oversee the financial affairs of the Employer to the best of his ability.

Employee shall oversee the financial affairs of the Employer to the best of his ability.

During the term of employment hereunder, the Employee shall initially perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) CFO & Director of EmployerEmployer and its subsidiary companies, or such other duties as assigned by and at the location determined by the Board of Directors of the Employer. The Employee shall oversee the all operational and financial affairs of business carried out by the Employer and its subsidiary companies to the best of his ability.
