During the term of employment hereunder, Employee shall initially perform the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Employer, or such other duties as assigned by and at the location determined by the Board of Directors of Employer. Employee shall oversee the running and development of the company to the best of his ability.

Employee shall oversee the running and development financial affairs of the company Employer to the best of his ability.

During the term of employment hereunder, the Employee shall initially perform the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) CEO & Director of EmployerEmployer and its subsidiary companies, or such other duties as assigned by and at the location determined by the Board of Directors of the Employer. The Employee shall oversee all operational business carried out by the running Employer and development of the company its subsidiary companies to the best of his ability.
