Duties and Position. As Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the Employee’s duties shall include those commonly associated with the office of chief executive officer. The Employee will report to the Board and will comply with all lawful instructions given by the Board.

Duties and Position. As Executive shall serve in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Company. Executive shall perform duties that are commensurate with the position of Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall devote all of her working time, skill and attention to her role at Company, together with any parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, the Employee’s duties shall include those commonly associated with the office of chief executive officer. The Employee will report to the Board “Group Companies,” and will comply with act in the best interests of Company and all lawful instructions given by the BoardGroup Companies at all times.
