Duties and Obligations of BNY. (a) Subject to the direction and control of DB Commodity Services LLC, in its capacity as managing owner of each of the Funds, and the provisions of this Agreement, BNY shall provide separately to each Fund (i) the administrative services set forth on Schedule I attached hereto and (ii) the valuation and computation services listed on Schedule II attached hereto. Without limiting the foregoing, it is agreed that all services with respect to federal, state and local income tax matters, including the preparation and filing of returns and reports, shall be provided by a third party retained by or on behalf of the Funds, initially Price Waterhouse Coopers, and not by BNY.
