Duties and Obligations of BNY. (a) Subject to the direction and control of OMCAP and the provisions of this Agreement, BNY shall provide to OMCAP (i) the sub-administrative services set forth on Schedule I attached hereto and (ii) the valuation and computation and accounting services listed on Schedule II attached hereto.
