Within the scope of his/her authority, Career Agent will be free to exercise his/her independent judgment as to the time, place and manner of solicitation and servicing of business underwritten by the Company. However, he/she will have no authority to act in a manner which does not conform to applicable statutes, ordinances or governmental regulations pertaining to the conduct of the business or to reasonable rules adopted, from time to time, by the Company.
