Dust. Great Northern will ensure the effects of dust from its mining and processing operations are minimized through the implementation of best management practices, new technology and industry standards that include: (1) Watering of road and travel-ways; (2) Use of dust collection/suppression and emission control equipment throughout mining and processing facilities; (3) Use of berms and vegetative barriers along sensitive property boundaries; and (4) Concurrent reclamation practices as mining progresses.
