Common use of Dust Clause in Contracts

Dust.  The Contractor shall take all reasonable measures to minimize the generation of dust as a result of construction activities to the satisfaction of the PM  Regular dust control measures in the form of dust suppression with water spraying shall be conducted by the Contractor.  Where possible, soil stockpiles shall be located in sheltered areas where they are not exposed to the erosive effects of the wind.
