Common use of Dust Clause in Contracts

Dust. All plant and equipment having intakes or breathers or having lubricated parts exposed to atmosphere shall have adequate protection by filter or bellows against the ingress or absorption of process dust or ambient dust-laden air. Such dusts may be of a very fine nature and although mainly in the 30-70 micron range may be down to 10 microns or lower.
