Duration Termination. This Agreement shall be effective upon its filing with the Federal Maritime Commission and effectiveness pursuant to the Shipping Act and shall remain in effect until terminated. This Agreement may be terminated by the unanimous vote less one of the Association members entitled to vote or by the resignation of all members less one. Notice of termination will be promptly filed with the Federal Maritime Commission.
