Common use of Duration of Royalty Obligations Clause in Contracts

Duration of Royalty Obligations. The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees as to each Licensed Product shall continue on a country by country basis until the expiration of the last to expire of a Valid Claim that Covers such Licensed Product in that country.

Duration of Royalty Obligations. The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees Licensee as to each Licensed Product shall continue terminate on a country by country-by-country basis until upon the expiration of the last to last-to-expire of a Valid Claim of the Licensed Patent Rights that Covers covers such Licensed Product in such country. The royalty obligations of Licensee as to each Company Product shall terminate on a country-by-country basis upon the last-to-expire Valid Claim of patent rights owned or controlled by Licensee that covers such Company Product in such country.

The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees Licensee as to each Licensed Product shall continue on a country by country-by-country basis until the expiration of the last to expire of a Valid Claim that Covers covers such Licensed Product in that country(“Royalty Term”).

Duration of Royalty Obligations. The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees Licensee as to each Licensed Product Product, Licensed Process or Licensed Service shall continue terminate on a country by country-by-country basis until concurrently with the expiration or termination of the last to expire of a Valid Claim within Licensed Patent Rights that Covers covers such Licensed Product in that countryor Licensed Process or Licensed Service.

Duration of Royalty Obligations. The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees Licensee as to each Licensed Product shall continue on a country by country basis until the expiration of the last to expire of a Valid Claim that Covers covers such Licensed Product in that country(“Royalty Term”). Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to portions of this agreement as indicated by “[***]” and such confidential portions have been deleted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees set forth in Section 4.2 shall continue on a country-by-country basis as to each Licensed Product shall continue on a country by country basis until the expiration or termination of the last to expire of a Valid Claim within the Licensed Patents that Covers covers such Licensed Product in that countrysuch country (each a “Royalty Term”).

The royalty payment obligations of Licensee, Affiliates and Sublicensees Licensee as to each Licensed Product shall continue on a country by country-by-country basis until the expiration of the last to expire of a date on which there is not at least one Valid Claim that Covers such Licensed Product in that country.
