Common use of Duration of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Duration of Occupancy. This Contract authorizes occupancy during the academic year, excluding the following vacation periods: Thanksgiving, Winter Break/Intersession, Spring Break and Summer. A 12-month Contract authorizes occupancy during the academic year, including the following vacation periods: Thanksgiving, Winter Break/Intersession, Spring Break and Summer.
