Duration of Limited Warranty. The limited warranty will be for the duration of State’s use of the Services, unless the underlying Service Provider’s warranty is shorter in duration, in which case the parties will specify the length of the applicable limited warranty in the Statement of Work. This limited warranty is subject to the following limitations:
