Common use of DURATION AND PLEDGE Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND PLEDGE. 27.1 This Agreement shall become effective January 1, 2023, unless specifically provided otherwise, and shall remain in effect through the 31st day of December 2024, with a wage only opener for 2024, and continue in effect from year to year thereafter, unless changed or terminated. 27.2 Either party desiring to change or terminate this Agreement must notify the other party in writing prior to July 1, 2023. The original provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect until a conclusion is reached regarding such changes.
