Duration and Object of Data Processing. The duration of data processing shall be for the term designated in the Work Order to which these Standard Contractual Clauses are attached. The objective of the data processing is to provide the ediscovery services which data exporter requested pursuant to the Work Order to which these Standard Contractual Clauses are attached.
