Duration and Object of Data Processing. The duration of data processing shall be for the term designated under the Terms of Service between the data exporter and Acuity which is party to this Additional Agreement as defined in Section 1.5

Duration and Object of Data Processing. The duration of data processing shall be for the term designated under the Terms of Service agreement between the data exporter and Acuity the Asure entity which is party to this Additional Agreement as defined in Section 1.5the Addendum to which these Standard Contractual Clauses are annexed (“Agreement”). The objective of the data processing is the performance of Asure SaaS Platform services.
