Common use of DURATION AND DATES Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND DATES. 6.1. This Service Provider Agreement shall come into effect on the date of signature by the authorised representative of the party signing last in time, the “Effective Date”, and shall endure, subject to its terms and conditions, for a period of 5 (five) years, unless terminated in terms of clause 19 of Annexure A (Special Conditions of Contract). 6.2. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that any and all work performed, including without limitation the procurement of goods and services by the Service Provider, prior to the Effective Date, shall be at the Service Provider’s sole risk and the Service Provider shall be without recourse against the Fund.

The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that any and all work performed, including without limitation the procurement of goods and services by the Service Provider, prior to the Effective Date, shall be at the Service Provider’s sole risk and the Service Provider shall be without recourse against the Fund.

This Service Provider Agreement shall come into effect on the date of signature by the authorised representative of the party signing last in time, the “Effective Date”, and shall endure, subject to its terms and conditions, for a period until all the Deliverables have been completed in terms of 5 (five) years, the agreed project timelines to the satisfaction of the Fund unless terminated in terms of clause 19 of Annexure A (Special Conditions of Contract). 6.2. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that any and all work performed, including without limitation the procurement of goods and services by the Service Provider, prior to the Effective Date, shall be at the Service Provider’s sole risk and the Service Provider shall be without recourse against the Fund.
