Common use of DURATION AND DATES Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND DATES. 6.1. This Service Provider Agreement shall come into effect on the date of signature by the authorised representative of the party signing last in time, the “Effective Date”, and shall endure, subject to its terms and conditions, for a period of 5 (five) years, unless terminated in terms of clause 19 of Annexure A (Special Conditions of Contract).

DURATION AND DATES. 6.1. This Service Provider Agreement shall come into effect on the date of signature by the authorised representative of the party signing last in time, the “Effective Date”, and shall endure, subject to its terms and conditions, for a period of 5 (five) years, unless terminated by the Fund in terms of clause 19 of Annexure A (Special Conditions of Contract)the provisions contained in this Service Provider Agreement.
