Common use of Duration and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 30, 2021, the first day of the Fall Semester 2021, and shall continue in full force and effect for two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 27, 2023, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 2023. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 30, 2021, the first day of the Fall Semester 20212017, and shall continue in full force and effect for two years one year from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 27, 2023, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20232018. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 3027, 20212018, the first day of the Fall Semester 20212018, and shall continue in full force and effect for two years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 2723, 20232020, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20232020. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

This Agreement shall be effective as of August 30, 2021, the first day of the Fall Semester 20212014, and shall continue in full force and effect for two three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 27, 2023, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20232017. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.

Duration and Amendment. This Agreement shall be effective as of August 3028, 20212023, the first day of the Fall Semester 20212023, and shall continue in full force and effect for two three years from the date of its execution until and including midnight of August 2730, 20232026, the day before the beginning of the Fall Semester 20232026. Any amendment, modification, or addition to this Agreement must be in writing and duly signed by the Parties in order to be effective.
