Duplicate Sets. Tenant shall not duplicate keys. Tenant may request one additional key set for which UCSF will charge a $40.00 administrative processing fee. UCSF will not issue Tenant duplicate sets of keys if Tenant resides in a Rental Property with multiple contract holders.
