Common use of DUPLICATE ORIGINAL Clause in Contracts

DUPLICATE ORIGINAL. LEASE SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 LEASE SUPPLEMENT NO. 1, dated October 9, 1996, between ALOHA AIRLINES, INC., a Hawaii corporation ("LESSEE") and FIRST SECURITY BANK, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee ("LESSOR"). LESSOR and LESSEE have heretofore entered into that certain Aircraft Lease Agreement dated as of October 9, 1996 (herein called the "Lease Agreement" and the defined terms therein being hereinafter used with the same meaning). The Lease Agreement provides for the execution and delivery from time to time of Lease Supplements, each substantially in the form hereof, for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under the Lease Agreement as and when delivered to the LESSEE in accordance with the terms thereof. The Lease Agreement relates to the aircraft and engines described below, and a counterpart of the Lease Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof and this Lease Supplement, together with such attachment, is being filed for recordation on the date hereof with the FAA as one document.
