Common use of DUPLICATE ORIGINAL Clause in Contracts

DUPLICATE ORIGINAL. A duplicate original of this contract, duly executed ------------------ by the Seller, if any, shall be delivered to the Buyer within 2 business days from the date hereof, otherwise at the Buyer's option, this contract shall become null and void and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ money shall be refunded to the Buyer.
