Dumpster. Tenant shall have the right to place a dumpster in a location approved by Landlord for purposes of disposing of refuse arising from Tenant's work. Tenant shall be responsible for maintaining such dumpster in a neat and attractive condition and causing such dumpster to be emptied on a regular basis.
