Due Diligence Satisfaction. Shareholder’s due diligence investigation of Buyer shall be completed to the satisfaction of Shareholders.
Due Diligence Satisfaction. Purchasers shall be satisfied, in Purchasers’ sole discretion, with the result of Purchasers’ Due Diligence Review, inclusive of the inspection and valuation of the Purchased Assets.
Due Diligence Satisfaction. Buyer shall have completed its due diligence investigation to its complete satisfaction, which shall have been completed on or before March 12, 2003.

Due Diligence Satisfaction. Delivery by Buyer to Escrow Agent during the Due Diligence Period described in Article 7.3 [Due Diligence Investigation] of Buyer's written satisfaction as to all matters to be investigated by Buyer.
