Common use of Due Diligence Investigation Clause in Contracts

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Holdings and its Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Loan Parties in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Loan Parties and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members in scope, and with results, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have reasonably requested.

The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

The Administrative Agent shall have completed a business and legal due diligence investigation of the Group Members Holdings and its Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Holdings and its Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have reasonably requested.

Due Diligence Investigation. The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members in scope, and with results, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have reasonably requested.. (i)

The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.

The Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members in scope, and with results, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and such Lender, and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it they shall have requested.

The Administrative Agent shall have completed a due diligence investigation of Holdings, the Group Members Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of Holdings, the Group Members Borrower and their respective Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have requested.. (i)

The Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have completed a due diligence investigation of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries in scope, and with results, satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and shall have been given such access to the management, records, books of account, contracts and properties of the Group Members Borrower and its Subsidiaries and shall have received such financial, business and other information regarding each of the foregoing Persons and businesses as it shall have reasonably requested.
