Due Date Extension. If any payment of principal or interest with respect to any of the Loans or Notes falls due on a Saturday, Sunday, or other day which is not a Business Day, then such due date shall be extended to the next following Business Day (except as provided in the last sentence of the definition of Interest Period), and additional interest shall accrue and be payable for the period of such extension.
