Common use of Dubbing Clause in Contracts

Dubbing. The Director of a theatrical motion picture, pilot, movie-of-the-week, and mini- series shall participate in the spotting and dubbing of sound and music, provided the Director is available at the time and place and at the cost scheduled by the Employer and the Director receives no additional compensation for such direction. This ARTICLE A-9.5 does not apply to television series.
