Common use of DS1 Clause in Contracts

DS1. MCIm will be responsible for testing and isolating network failures. Once MCIm has isolated a trouble to the ALLTEL provided loop, MCIm will issue a trouble report to ALLTEL on the loop. ALLTEL will take the actions necessary to repair the loop if a trouble actually exists.
