DS-01 Sample Clauses

The DS-01 clause establishes the requirements and procedures for the disclosure of sensitive or confidential information between parties. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes confidential information, the obligations of the receiving party to protect such information, and any exceptions where disclosure is permitted, such as by law or with prior consent. Its core practical function is to safeguard proprietary or sensitive data, ensuring that both parties understand their responsibilities and reducing the risk of unauthorized disclosure.
