Common use of Drug Program Clause in Contracts

Drug Program. Effective for work performed on and after November 1, 1965, the Employer shall contribute to a Drug Plan the sum of one and one-half cents (IV2C) for each hour worked or paid for, exclusive of overtime hours, for each Employee employed under this Agreement. The details of such Plan shall be completed by November 1, 1965, by a subcommittee on which the Employer and the Union shall be equally represented and shall comply with all pertinent legal requirements.
