Common use of Drug Program Clause in Contracts

Drug Program. Effective for work performed on and after October 1, 1965, the Employer shall contribute to a Drug Plan the sum of one and one-half cents (1%) for each hour worked or paid for, exclusive of overtime hours, for each Employee employed under this Agreement. The details of such Plan shall be completed by Octo­ ber 1, 1965, by a subcommittee on which the Employer and the Union shall be equally represented and shall comply with all pertinent legal requirements. The rep­ resentatives of the Employer and of the Union, respec­ tively, are designated as: Employer Representatives: PUG ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Union Representatives: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ MESURE ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ The contributions shall be paid into a lawful escrow established by the subcommittee pending the completion of negotiations and shall then be paid into a lawful Drug Program Trust.
