Drug Enforcement Clause Samples
The Drug Enforcement clause establishes rules and expectations regarding the use, possession, or distribution of controlled substances within the scope of the agreement. Typically, it prohibits parties from engaging in illegal drug-related activities while performing their contractual duties and may require compliance with all applicable drug laws and regulations. This clause serves to protect the parties from legal liability and reputational harm by ensuring that all activities under the contract are conducted in accordance with the law.
Drug Enforcement. This will be handled on a case by case basis. The request will normally come from the patrol Captain; however, it may come from the Special Agent in Charge or their designated representative. Reimbursement shall be made at the rates specified in Section I-B. Deputies assigned to the incident will coordinate all of their activities with the designated officer in charge of the incident.
