SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT SITUATIONS Sample Clauses

The "Special Enforcement Situations" clause defines specific circumstances under which the standard enforcement procedures of an agreement may be modified or supplemented. In practice, this clause typically outlines unique scenarios—such as breaches involving confidential information, intellectual property, or urgent injunctive relief—where expedited or alternative enforcement measures are permitted. Its core function is to ensure that the parties have clear, tailored mechanisms to address particularly sensitive or high-risk breaches, thereby providing more effective remedies and protecting critical interests beyond what general enforcement provisions offer.
