Drop Ship Sample Clauses

The Drop Ship clause defines the terms under which goods are shipped directly from a supplier to the end customer, bypassing the seller’s physical possession of the inventory. Typically, this clause outlines responsibilities for order fulfillment, shipping costs, and risk of loss during transit, clarifying which party is accountable at each stage. Its core function is to streamline logistics and clarify obligations, reducing confusion and disputes over delivery and liability in drop shipping arrangements.
