Drop Dead Date. By OmniAmerica or STI if the Closing shall not have occurred by the Termination Date, provided, such date shall be extended by the number of days, if any, to cure any matter that is the subject of a notice under Section 8.3 (STI Termination Procedure) or Section 8.4 (OmniAmerica Termination Procedure).
