DRIVER. Any person who operates a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) including, but not limited to, full- time drivers, temporary, occasional, causal or intermittent drivers, leased drivers, independent owner-operator contractors who are either directly or indirectly employed by the Town. For the purposes of pre-employment testing, the term driver includes an applicant or employee applying for a position that requires driving a commercial motor vehicle.
