DRIVER TRAINING AND SAFETY PROGRAMS. 1. Vehicle Operator Training a. Contractor shall be responsible for all training of vehicle drivers on service policies, passenger needs and overview of SNEMT services. b. Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of qualified training staff to conduct behind-the-wheel driver training and other training as determined by the Contractor.
