Common use of Driver Requirements Clause in Contracts

Driver Requirements. A. The Contractor shall ensure all drivers have passed a Level 1 Background Check as well as maintain safe driver standards. Background checks shall be completed at no additional cost to the Center. Successful results of background checks shall be provided to the Center’s Security Division representative prior to performing services under this contract. B. The Contractor shall provide copies of Florida Driver’s Licenses to the Center’s Representative of all drivers assigned to the Center prior to reporting on duty. C. All vehicles and drivers shall meet the Center’s acceptable standards for safety, cleanliness, appearance, driver conduct and adhere to all of the Center’s policies and procedures. D. The bus drivers shall understand and speak English to the riders and the Center staff.
