DRIVER BEHAVIOUR CODE. All drivers undertaking Services as part of a call-off contract under this Secure Departmental Car Travel Framework Agreement are expected to adhere to the following Driver Behaviour Code. No smoking while in the performance of a call-off Contract; No smoking in vehicles that will be used to perform these Services at any time Be smartly dressed in either a uniform or a suit and be of neat/tidy appearance Be courteous and have a good manner No playing car radio or audio systems while passengers are present (unless specifically requested to do so by the passenger); Be considerate to passengers with regard to the sound level of the in car audio system Avoid unnecessary conversation with passengers; Avoid communication with your hire company’s hub/contact centre unless absolutely necessary, while car is in transit No using mobile phones for personal communications of any kind (calls, texts or emails) Ensure car has enough fuel for job before you reach passenger pick up point - drivers are not expected to refuel their vehicles with the passenger on board Definitions and Interpretations In these Conditions:
