Common use of Drawing Development Clause in Contracts

Drawing Development. Develop a set of construction plans for the project, to include but not limited to, location map, existing site conditions, site improvement plans illustrating coordination with existing improvements, plan and profile, details, and sections. PCCA CAD standards will be used throughout, unless otherwise directed. The drawings will be presented in an 11x17 format.
