Drawback. Buyer shall be entitled to all customs duty and import drawback rights, including, without limitation, those provided under United States law, and upon request and where applicable, Seller will provide Buyer with requested and appropriate documentation, including, without limitation, U.S. Customs Form 7543 entitled "Certificate of Delivery" properly executed to transfer such rights to Buyer.
