Draw Promissory Note. This Agreement is executed pursuant to a Draw Promissory Note from Amsdell and Amsdell, an Ohio general partnership to Creditor on or abut the date hereof (the “Note”). The Note and all amendments, modifications, supplements and restatements thereto from time to time are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Loan Documents.”
